The AFTCO Kentucky Lake event hit 110 total anglers with a variety of things on day 1, but our anglers hit back! Over 520 fish submitted to TourneyX.com with a presence of quality largemouth and smallmouth throughout the field.
Francis Tran caught his Personal Best Smallmouth twice today, on his way to leading the pack heading into Day 2 with 88.75″. Jim Orr had a big day also and is right on his heels with 88.25″.
As for the rest of the field; limits are tights, and conditions will continue to evolve. Championship Sunday will have no shortage of movement and fireworks as most of our field still has a shot at the $5950 1st place prize and 15 additional paid places.
